Phase 1 |

IF THE CLIENT CAN PROVIDE:
- Signed Contract
- Paid Deposit
- Description of company
- Description of targeted clients
- Description of client building process
- Breakdown of above info into categories
- Provide company logo
- Provide full contact information
- State color theme/font preferences (if any)

WE THEN PROCEED WITH THE FOLLOWING:
- Create Custom Template
- Create Navigation structure & display
- Create Site Banner
- Create Site Footer
- Create CSS style
- Create Fav-Icon for site
(if 16x16 px image is possible) |
Phase 2 |

IF THE CLIENT CAN PROVIDE:
- Provide written text content
- Configure text into short paragraphs
- Select targeted keywords
- Effort to write content around keywords
- Provide photos and/or artwork

WE THEN PROCEED WITH THE FOLLOWING:
- Size and optimize all source images
- Create individual pages
- Individual page formatting
- Insert Title information for each page
- Pages populated with initial content

Phase 3
|

IF THE CLIENT CAN PROVIDE:
- Write 10 word Meta-Description
- Review demonstration site
- Provide comprehensive feedback
- Submit adjustments / corrections

WE THEN PROCEED WITH THE FOLLOWING:
- Site tested on multiple browsers
- Test Loading speed / Validate HTML code
- Site published to testing location
- Content adjustments and corrections
- Insert Meta-Description into all pages

Phase 4 |

IF THE CLIENT CAN PROVIDE:
- Secure URL registration
- Select web host
- Provide FTP information
- Review live site
- Provide comprehensive feedback
- Submit adjustments / corrections

WE THEN PROCEED WITH THE FOLLOWING:
- Site published to actual URL
- submit site for search engine indexing
- insert analytics tracking
- content updates and/or consultation
